We look forward to you attending your hosts Rolling Meadows Park District Ice Skating Party. Everyone that will be participating on the ice during the party must have completed and signed a valid waiver. Guests/Participants that are under the age of 18 must have it completed and signed by their parent, legal guardian, or someone with power of attorney.
